Liberty
welding & Iron Works Company was founded in 1924 and has build both reputation
and business by delivering quality work on time at a competitive price. We have
done a tremendous variety of carbon steel, aluminum and alloy steel fabrication
and repair work both in our shop and in the field over the last 78 years.
We build vessels in conformance with ASME boiler and the ASME Pressure Vessel
Code and may mark our products with the “S”, “H”, or
“U” stamps. We may also repair or alter your pressure vessel, heat
exchanger or boiler in our shop or in the field in conformance with the National
Board Inspection Code and mark the item with the “R” stamp. Our
quality assurance program, from material acceptance, through fit-up and weld-out,
to final testing is formally documented and is updated and recertified on an
established schedule. This program and each program and each coded vessel is
monitored by an independent inspection agency.
The bulk of Liberty’s work involves the custom fabrication and repair
of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, condensers, boilers, prefabricated piping,
transition pieces, fabricated elbows, tanks and miscellaneous process equipment.
Additionally, general steel fabrication involving rolling, punching, cutting
and welding of plate and structural shapes for skids, pipe racks, ladders, walkways
and miscellaneous weldments are easily handled by our facilities.
